This class incorporates standing exercises and seated exercises that encourage a whole range of movement through the joints, improving mobility. The use of resistance bands and weights or own body weight to complete the exercises helps to improve strength and flexibility promoting improved posture and balance.
This class is an all over body workout using the principles of Pilates and is ideal for those that are unable to get down onto a mat or may have limited movement due to injury or common and clinical conditions.
