I provide a 12 week personal training programme , beginning with a consultation, and health and fitness assessment. This is an opportunity for you to address your fitness levels giving you a starting point allowing you to set your SMART GOALS.

Book A Consultation With Jane

Your consultation will include a health and fitness assessment. The results of which will help me to design a progressive  12 week programme and individual training programme that is specific for your needs. I will show you how to break your goals down into smaller stepping stones and be there to guide and support you throughout.

During your personal training sessions I will be there with you and encourage and motivate you showing you how to progress and achieve your goals.

A health and fitness test is completed half way through to measure how well you are doing. Together we will evaluate your first 6 weeks. It could be that you need to re-set some of your goals or that you or I want to make some changes to your plan.

At the end of the 12 week programme you will complete another health and fitness assessment so you can see how much you have achieved and then decide a way forward.

I will look at your diet and make recommendations and teach you how to make simple changes to give a huge impact. It doesn’t matter how unfit you are or what your experience is, I can work with a wide range of health and fitness levels.

I have a fully equipped air conditioned studio with ample free parking , providing everything you need.

The health and fitness tests that Jane provides are:

Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
Waist measurement
Body Fat %
Muscle Mass and body type score
Metabolic Age and BMR (basal metabolic rate)
3 minute Step up Test
Sit and Reach
1 minute press up test. ( half press ups are an option )
1 minute sit up or curl up  test.
Rockport 1 mile walk (where the 3 minute step test is not appropriate)

Each test is explained and demonstrated during your consultation and then after completing the relevant tests, you will be able to set your SMART GOALS.
