I’ve lost a stone in 10 weeks-what’s more is I’ve dropped a dress size and my body has changed shape! It’s all down to the expert help, advice, coaching and encouragement I had when it got hard.
I couldn’t have managed it without Jane. Her passion and drive for her job was apparent the second I met her. She wasted no time in discussing and setting reachable goals and targets. I couldn’t wait to get started.
Jane returned a few days later with a plan. This had been tailor made and was flexible to fit with my busy life as a wife and a working mum with two boys who have better social lives than mine! Jane also helped me understand the need for healthy eating and gave me advice on food labels.
The plan was put into action! Jane was prompt and well turned out on every occasion, a smile on her face and ready to go. Even after a hard day and the last thing I wanted to do was exercise, Jane’s enthusiasm got me working. Though out each session Jane supported me with confidence boosting comments that instantly made me feel better about myself. We went out in all weathers but because of my lifestyle Jane encouraged me to think of other forms of exercise that I could do either at home indoors or outside to fit my needs.

We started with a consultation to find out my needs, followed by a full-health assessment test which helped us work out my specific goals. Jane then designed an individual training plan for me. This plan evolved as I got stronger and better at the training.
I was a reluctant gym user. Jane introduced me fully to all the facilities available and I can now confidently use all the equipment. The variety is stunning! Jane talked me through what the training was actually doing which I found very motivational.
We decided on 1 hour sessions which were challenging but do-able. I’m getting so much more out of my working day now as I feel fitter and healthier. Some weeks we go running together and then go into the gym, other weeks we spend all the time in the gym and I run on my own. The schedule changes keep me on my toes! Jane also tells me it stops me from plateau-ing in my fitness level.
She helped me learn to run which, for me, was the most efficient and easiest cardio-vascular activity. The convenience of this has meant I can fit more activity into my very busy days with a demanding job and 2 children waiting for me at the end of the day.
We also looked at nutrition and Jane offered me excellent advice on how to eat and drink more healthily without being a complete Saint. As a consequence to all the above in 12 weeks I lost 3% of my body fat, and therefore inches around my waist and hips. What a result!
I can whole-heartedly recommend Jane to you if you want a trainer who is thoughtful, discreet, fun, energising, motivational, dynamic and very professional.

Since beginning Bootcamp with Jane, my general level of fitness has increased tenfold. It gives me much more than fitness alone, its fun, friendly and with the help of a Personal Trainer I have noticed results in body shape as well as my general fitness.
Jane’s complete commitment to the group ensures we continue to make progress with a wide variety of exercises to master! All aspects of Bootcamp have proved to be challenging but extremely enjoyable.
