Boxercise is a fantastic way to get fit! Not only does it improve your cardiovascular fitness, power and stamina but it’s a massive calorie burner too!

This class is great for weight management and helps to reduce stress levels which is a must in these current times.

Tom’s classes are hard work and fun all at the same time. In fact You’ll be having so much fun that you may not even realise how hard you are working!

About Tom

After completing his own successful weight loss journey, devoting all his spare time to improving his fitness and health, and gaining qualifications in Personal Training,Tom is now on a mission to pass on his knowledge and help other people to get fit.

He is a qualified Boxercise coach and is a white collar boxing champion! He often has issues with his watch…Two minutes never seems to end…..

All equipment is provided however you are welcome to use your own pads and gloves if you have them. It is essential that you have a water bottle, (water is provided) and you will need a towel to wipe off the sweat!

To follow Covid rules you must pair up with someone in your bubble or from the same household as you, until restrictions are lifted. Otherwise you are welcome to wear a face mask. Hands must be sanitised thoroughly if you are using the instructors equipment.

Parking
Parking is free. Please park on the right as you come into the carpark. There is an overflow car park through the next set of gates down if spaces are full.
