Fitsteps is an exercise class designed by Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from strictly come dancing and Mark Foster the British Swimming Champion. They have used dance moves from the most popular latin and ballroom dances and adapted them into exercise routines. This class is great for burning off lots of energy and toning up too!!
There are 3 different levels of intensity for each dance and I teach these before we start each dance. So this is a class for all fitness levels and age groups.
50+fit is a class that I have designed specifically for the over 50’s and 60’s.
It includes exercises for strength, balance and flexibility, which are all components of fitness that we all need to try and maintain as we get older. When designing 50 + fit I took into consideration the impact that exercise may have with certain conditions and the side effects of medications, making this a safe and achievable class for those with certain conditions.
