I’ve been there done it and got the T shirt!!!

My aim is to educate, motivate and inspire clients to change their lifestyle and help them to shape their future.
I have not always been a personal trainer….in fact I used lead a very unhealthy lifestyle, which consisted of an unhealthy diet and very little exercise. This caused me to become overweight and be very unhappy. I always wanted to be a slimmer, fitter and more confident person.

By changing my habits and investing in my life I have been able to run 10k races, half marathons and The London Marathon. Trek the Sahara Desert and cycled many miles for my favourite charities, stay fit and feel good ! Whilst achieving all this I qualified as a personal trainer and also a GP and exercise referral instructor. specialising in helping people with Obesity and/or Diabetes.I have the knowledge, expertise and experience to help you make the  changes to your lifestyle that will make a huge difference to your overall health.
