I have never really enjoyed exercise in the past or seen the benefits that exercise could have on my health, that's why training with Jane has changed my whole perspective on this and life in general. Since training with Jane my confidence has grown enormously both in and out of the gym. Jane has also inspired and motivated me to complete some personal challenges of my own. This includes the London Bupa 10k run in 2013 and more recently a 24 mile bike ride. I have also lost weight with the help of Jane's expert nutritional support, tips and advice. This for me has put my dreams/goals into reality!

I ran a 10km in London for the Rosie May charity and play regularly in tennis teams.

Feeling fat, unfit and fast approaching 50 I knew I had to do something to get myself in some sort of shape. Having already been to the usual slimming clubs, losing weight, putting it back on, going to the occasional exercise class, personal training was something I had never thought about, but after having 30 minutes with Jane telling her what I wanted, she was in no doubt that she could help me get there..... I on the other hand was slightly more apprehensive!!

Thank you Jane for all your belief, support & encouragement especially at the beginning when it was tough going for me! All the hard work is starting to pay off. I have achieved all of this without the need of a gym or any slimming club. I've even started to enjoy running believe it or not! Xxx
